This is similar to a traveling registered nurse that can provide medical care to a human within a home setting. Some medical conditions can have many routines to implement. Certain tasks that could include proper diet change, patient assessments/progress, labwork, fluid therapy, or specific injections. I work along with your clinician’s orders to provide a supportive circle of care for your best friend. 

This depends on your pet’s medical needs, I work closely with your clinician’s orders in order to maintain your pet’s health when diagnosed with an ailment or illness. A free initial consultation is available so we can get started and discuss fees. Consider this a true investment in your pet’s health.

I can aid you with anything that requires special nursing skills and knowledge. This can be everything from routine wellness services, pet-related questions, and aiding with the support of newly diagnosed disease. Chronic Illnesses generally require ongoing monitoring and medications. By using stress-free techniques and handling it can make life easier for everyone. I am not a Veterinarian and I cannot diagnose problems or diseases, prescribe medications, administer vaccinations, or perform in-home euthanasia.

Pet sitting and in home patient care are two separate entities. At this time, I offer daily drop in visits or pet sitting during the day time. If you need a person to stay overnight, I can provide reliable references for you.

Post-operative recovery requires special care and I can provide you with proper nursing services that your pet will need during the recovery period. Various items during the recovery period such as nutritional intake, pain control, and hydration are very important with any surgery. This is especially true for elderly pets that are undergoing any type of surgical procedure.
